How do you handle treatment around retention ponds without harming wildlife?
We use Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis (BTi), a naturally occurring soil bacterium that is toxic only to mosquito larvae. It has no effect on fish, birds, amphibians, or other wildlife and is safe for use near water.
